I ordered this solitaire (in an 8) because I have long fingers and not-very-dainty hands. I work at a retail jewelry counter and switch out rings fairly regularly, so I don't like to pay a fortune for them. This stone is EXTREMELY well cut-it looks exactly like the picture, and has great fire for a CZ-and a good size. It is not so big as to be obviously fake, but not so small that it's lost on my hand. The gallery extends all the way to your finger, so you would have a hard time finding a band to sit flush with it unless it was very thin. The sides are open enough to use a soft brush to clean the stone without difficulty. I have been wearing it for 2 weeks, 10 hours a day and it is still as shiny as day one, both the stone and the band.

This would be a perfect ring for those who don't want to wear their expensive set to the pool or while traveling, or for a retail/food/bar worker who wants an excuse to say no to customers who hit on them-both good reasons to buy a CZ.
