The experience we have had dealing with Front Jewelers hasn't been the best though. The First set of rings we received were too big and had 2 of the small diamonds missing from around the center black diamond. after 2 weeks of wearing it the black coating started coming off so we decided this was too much and returned it for replacement. After trying to call multiple times only to receive a automated answering machine that doesn't even tell you the company you are calling, we finally got through to the company through email. They were prompt in response and said they would replace it for free. we sent the ring back but didn't hear anything from the company for 2 weeks, i finally emailed them and they said the new ring was on its way. The new ring came in looking as beautiful as ever but it was still to big! It was supposed to be a size 5 but we took it to a local jeweler who told us it is a size 6. If you are going to order a ring i suggest ordering a size smaller than you think you need. I.E. if you wear a size 5, order a size 4. Or if you wear a 5.5, order a 4.5. so once again we are sending it back to be resized, free of charge of course.
